Forfaiting

We also provide our customers with the forfeiting service in our range of commercial financing service. The forfeiting, just like the factoring, has the aim to provide financing and an additional guarantee to the exporters which have the receivables which are not yet due. This guarantee, differently from factoring, is a guarantee which also contains the country risk.

Forfeiting is intensively used in the high-volume and long-term transactions with the transactions with the irrevocable letter of credit. The minimum transaction volume in these transactions is 100.000.-USD and we have maximum 180 days term limits. The valuable papers for which the forfeiting could be performed are valuable papers, notes of exchange, bond, time letter of credit, letter of guarantee.

The workflow is very simple, the discount is made on the transaction amount and the payment is made as soon as the goods are shipped.
