Pamuk Factoring A.Ş. is established by Pamukbank with the title of Direkt Factoring A.Ş. in the year 1992. Its company title is changed to Pamuk Factoring A.Ş. in March / 1995.

It has been providing the domestic and international factoring services more actively since 1996. The company is a member of the Factoring Association and Factors Chain International (FCI).

Pamuk Factoring A.Ş. is also transferred to SDIF as a consequence of taking over the management of Pamukbank which is the main shareholder  to  Savings

Deposit Insurance Fund (SDIF) in the year 2002.

Pamuk Factoring A.Ş. was taking part in the 4th line as of the business volume in the sector wit the further influence of the innovations it contributed to the sector on the above-mentioned date, however, it could not follow the growing speed of the sector as a result of a conservative management.

As Karadeniz Holding which targets at entering the finance sector won the tender which is opened relating to the sale of the company in the end of the year 2006, it has been continuing its activities as an affiliate of Karadeniz Holding beginning from the date 01/04/2007.

It has completed the adaptation process in June / 2008 and it is considered appropriate to perform the factoring activities, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation about the Foundation and Activity Principles of the Financial Leasing, Factoring and Financing Companies, by means of the Decision dated 28.05.2008 and numbered 2626 of BRSA (Banking Regulatory and Supervisory Agency).

Pamuk Factoring is 76% shareholder of Pamuk Finansal Kiralama A.Ş.
